4. Craft & Deliver
6-8 weeks to craft (10-21 days if expedited), with independent valuation & quality check. Pick up or discreetly delivered worldwide for free.

No, we work with all budgets with no minimums
There is no design fee, only an upfront deposit of $350, which is deducted from your final purchase price and is fully refundable if we can’t reach a design you are happy with.
If you don’t like the designs (or for whatever reason) and don’t want to continue, the $350 design deposit is fully refundable.
However, once you confirm a design and we purchase the stones and materials on your behalf, we cannot refund you if you choose not to proceed.
We can send you a ring sizer and help you determine the correct size. If you're completely unsure, the first resizing is complimentary.
We can make any piece of fine jewellery - wedding bands, rings, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets - if its physically possible, we can make it.
Yes! We can do rush orders in two weeks, please contact us.
Note there is a fee associated with any rush orders outside our 6-8 week production timeframe
Yes, if you’re flying overseas we offer GST purchases from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown international airports. Talk to your designer about this option.
Yes, we offer 12 months of interest-free finance through our financing partner Gilrose. Talk to your design consultant about setting this up.

In 2023, the average price paid for an engagement ring in New Zealand was approximately $5,700. However, this number will change depending on your budget and personal preference.
We offer bespoke engagement rings at various price points. This depends on the gemstone you choose, the number of gemstones, and its size(s). At Four Words we believe you should only spend the amount you feel comfortable spending. In saying that, we believe every piece should last a lifetime and that there is a difference between going to a respected jeweller and a "mall jeweller".
